Post acid bath

Having lost some of my power, due to this acid bath I've received from the world this last two or so years (not quite two), and not realizing or recognizing (or just being naive about) the push-back that will occur from the world when you are in your power in their midst, I will now do simple things to slowly build myself back up. Not things I'll say I'll do in this instant of writing about them, but things I'll actually do because I've done them before in the past.

1. I'll read the Bible, AV1611, complete (finish my 6th complete reading and then my 7th, God willing). A simple, powerful, straightforward, doable goal.

2. I'll start, in increments, making those real efforts to be in the third state of consciousness. No desultory efforts. Start small, yet be consistent. Record. Then get crazy. Again.

3. I can control, for what it's worth, my body in terms of flexibility and strength and endurance and getting light on my feet. That is within my power. It's always a part of a good new start to get your blood circulating and your endurance up and all that.

Wash this acid, which is partly my fault too, off of me. It corrodes.
