Royal hierarchy of level of being

#7 - King

#6 - Prince

#5 - Duke

#4 - Knight

#3 - Commoner
#2 - Commoner
#1 - Commoner

The difference between commoner and knight is the knight has achieved a title of honor. He's been recognized from the pool of commoners. The difference between knight and duke is duke is a title of nobility or aristocracy (birth, blood). The difference from duke and prince (which both represent children of royalty) is a prince is a direct heir of the king level. King is the crown level.

The big thresholds are when a commoner becomes a knight, and then when a knight becomes a duke (which requires a new birth, new blood, so to speak, adoption into the family of the King of kings).

It's interesting to look at this scale from the Christian vs. the Work point of view. The Christian point-of-view seems less demanding (though the Christian way of seeing it involves a kind of higher-time development where you're already there once regenerated and converted, yet then you struggle in sanctification nevertheless; so, you're a king now, but also you are struggling with the Spirit and developing by degree and will be rewarded in degree). The Work, on the other hand, lays out the conditions and demands more linearly.

But, basically, the threshold from commoner to knight is regeneration (development of magnetic center in Work terms). But in Christian theology regeneration is not the same as conversion and hence justification and adoption. So, in the Christain way of looking at the scale the duke (Man #5 level) can be seen as actual conversion and hence faith/repentance, justification, and adoption as an heir of God. You get a new heart in regeneration, but you get a new status with God when you actually go through conscious conversion. You become an actual member of God's family (like entering the nobility or aristocracy which you can only be a member of by blood).

Most Christians (I say this confidently) aren't yet regenerated. Regeneration is a rare thing. They are still commoners. They may be 'on the way' in some way, and candidates and their status will manifest in time, or recurrence, but most self-identified Christians just have yet to be regenerated. They give themselves away with their interests and with their common bad doctrine (which usually has to do with finding a human, ritualistic, way of seeing regeneration - ritual water baptism for instance - over the effectual work of the Word and the Spirit), I don't have to judge them.

So, my point with the above paragraph is that interval between commoner and knight is just as rare a crossing from the Christian perspective as it is from the Work perspective.

But I believe this all takes place in higher time, so what seems like 'few people' to us (i.e. few people at any given time in history seem to be truly regenerated), is not really so, because anybody can be regenerated in their living time from eternity by God.

If you've got the 'knight' honor then you have been regenerated, but you've yet to truly convert and have saving faith and justification, and adoption into God's family as a true child of God. Once you convert though you become a duke. Man #5. (That is just to say you become actual blood nobility, as opposed to having a mere honorary title.)

In Work terms that threshold, or interval, between knight and duke (#4 Man and #5 Man) is harder to define (and it is defined much more so with real effort and real attainment). It means you can effect the two conscious shocks and you have higher emotional center and so on. Being able to effect the two conscious shocks means you have a new level of life within you. In the chemical factory sense you have a complete cycle manifesting inside you.

The prince level has higher intellectual center, and the king level is the crown level where it all becomes permanent.
