Work is Work

So remember what happens when you make Work efforts (self-remembering, non-identifying efforts, etc.). It is not worship and prayer, proper, but what happens? You set up a struggle within yourself where you can potentially increase your limits (regarding inner control and command). You get higher energy that enables you to come into new understanding of things. You increase, by degree, level of being overall. You also provoke things inside you you can't now see, and you shine light on them and cause them to fight you, but in the process you see them, get undersanding of them, and they then no longer can control you. You, in other words, clean up your inner kingdom. No dark, lawless ghettos. No 'bad parts of town.' And only subjects worthy of the kingdom remain.

You also, when efforts are done with aim, walk in the cosmos of school, where the world itself becomes your school...events, objects, people, places, circumstances, situations, etc., all become part of the cosmos of school. Higher aspects of time begin to play a role. C Influence can reach you because you are making an effort to be at the 3rd level of consciousness (self-remembering).

Just the aspect of gaining new understanding via the higher energy and transforming of the higher energy (even just a little) should be an incentive to make the efforts. Otherwise, like all other humans, you stay at the same level, thinking the same things, understanding at the same level the same things.

Prayer and worship and faith and repentance are all the same thing, but it's mixing languages. The two great commandments of Jesus are the two conscious shocks, but that is mixing languages. You can think in terms of the biblical language when in that mode, but Work effort is Work effort. It is school. And it requires effort to be in school. Knowledge + Being (effort to practically do the knowledge) = Understanding.
