Real Will

If you would look for practical application of Work development look to Real Will. Real Will has for its mechanics the Heavenly Host. (The interplay of the Olympian gods and goddesses and the Homeric heroes demonstrates in part Real Will manifesting.)

Schedule self-remembering cultivates Real Will. Ability to come into a state of self-remembering in a difficult or surprising moment or event requires Real Will. But Real Will also involves higher scales of time entering events and conscious forces 'above' entering events.

Consciousness, Real Will, and Understanding are the three attainments of Work effort. It's with Real Will (based on real self-remembering effort of course) that you enter strange territory. (Consciousness, i.e. raising your level of consciousness from waking sleep to the third level, or, self-remembering and higher, requires the necessary 'rote' type self-remembering effort. You're not doing anything until you are doing this with real inward motivation and real connection with the practice itself.)

Understanding involves increase of level of being and mining higher influences...

But Real Will gets you connected with conscious forces above. The great mystery of prayer is in this direction...

Having a bodyguard of angels is in the realm of Real Will.

Seeing the future and acting on it is in the realm of Real Will (it will happen above the level of your thoughts and your waking mind).

Being able to stand in the time of your physical death, and having what you need for transcending the Kingdom of Darkness and being in the Kingdom of Light, is in the realm of Real Will...
