I know the name. I read something awhile ago written by him and his brother. What is interesting is he is in this post making a connection between Kingdom and Covenant. It's interesting because I am on the same page with him. I recently boiled things down to Kingdom, Warfare, and Holiness. What he is writing about Kingdom is in line with my own understanding of it. I am further down the road than him though, though I'll say it is striking that he is moving in the same direction regarding holiness and the covenant, or how I see the two conscious shocks as how one achieves being 'in covenant' with God. True worship. (Which is why the practice of the two conscious shocks is serious and has serious repercussions as well as serious benefits.) But this guy is moving in this direction as well by stating that it is in Jesus' teachings (neglected teachings, i.e. systematic theologians tend to neglect them) on such things as watchfulness and all the passing teaching in the Gospels - love your enemies, for instance - that correlates to Work ideas, practices, and goals.
Very interesting. At least to me. I know I am off talking to myself lately, or for a long time, not even getting Facebook type feedback to anything, but that's OK. I still get something from writing on these subjects.
