To walk after the Spirit: a concrete definition:
to be guided by the counsels and influences of the Spirit, and by the word of God.

Romans 8:1 - There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
In Work terms: to act from the Work and Work 'I's (ultimately Real I) rather than from life and the Many 'I's of false personality.
