Work is spiritual warfare and sanctification

Work ideas, practices, and goals are part of Spiritual Warfare and Sanctification. Spiritual Warfare is the more active element, and real Sanctification is a more passive element (in the way that Real Will is more descent-of-the-dove God's will rather than something you do), yet both are areas of Christian doctrine and practice that Work ideas, practices, and goals are part of.

Sanctification itself has passive and active sides to it, but Spiritual Warfare really sums up the active side of it. Battle with the world, the flesh, and the devil, and the spiritual growth this effects within one.
